With the evolution of the Internet and later social media, recruitment campaigns started to take off. More recently, campaigns have been followed by strategic employer branding with long-term impact and perspective, and the application of technology, science and artificial intelligence.

With the development of AI, we are now in the phase where AI also interacts with employer branding and for that, Jay Kipps makes a great podcast guest.
