The Magnetic Employer Brand©️-method was developed already in 2017 for fast-growing and fast-scaling businesses. After launching it, I soon discovered this systematic approach works well also for the more established as well as the entrepreneur-led companies.

My agency Employee Experience Agency Emine is, what you would call a boutique agency. We service a niche of modern growth companies with our proprietary method here in Finland.

Over the course of this Covid-ridden year, we started to build our online coaching business to expand our method outside the small Finnish market. Since the beginning of 2020, I have been using this method to build a brand for myself in the international employer branding landscape. Already after 6 months almost to the date, I started to get visible traction for my efforts.

But that’s not all. The entire method was based on my personal branding experiences years ago. As soon as we had this systematic approach, we started to test it for branding our agency back in 2017.

This modern employer branding method is a strategic framework and a systematic marketing & communication method. I developed it originally for the modern growth companies in mind.

So many of our customers in the technology sector struggled in the war for the talent, and started to take crazy and costly actions. One of our clients inspired me to go to a drawing board after the CEO told me they lost about 1 million euro as a result of a bit of a crazy action.
