This podcast was on a three-month break while I finished the first draft of my upcoming book explaining the Magnetic Employer Branding Method™️. I still have editing work to do before the book is ready to go to print, but I wanted to release this wonderful episode we recorded together with my colleague and co-host, Nora, and our client, Maiju, from Airbus Defence and Space Finland just before our summer break, in June.
While I may not be able to commit fully to weekly episodes until the book is totally out of my hands, I wanted to return to you because I’ve missed talking to you! So, in the meantime, I will probably publish more bonus episodes, like this one I just shared also on YouTube.
